Your Placement Roadmap

From the day you enroll to the day you're hired

Every step is mapped. Every month has a purpose. This is not a vague promise — it is a structured journey with a clear job outcome at the end.

Before Day 1

You Apply & Get Confirmed

Submit your application, attend a short interaction with the admissions team, and secure your seat. Batch sizes are kept small — maximum 25 students — so your place is confirmed before the program begins.

Placement Support

Exactly what Hospera does to get you hired

Placement support at Hospera is not a vague promise. It is a structured, six-step process built into the final month — so by the time you graduate, your job search is already in motion.

01

CV & LinkedIn Profile

Your CV is written and formatted specifically for luxury hotel recruitment. Your LinkedIn is built to attract hotel HR teams with the right headline, about section, and skills that surface in recruiter searches.

02

Cover Letter Coaching

You learn to write a compelling, personalised cover letter for each hotel brand — with the tone, structure, and language that premium hotel recruiters actually respond to.

03

Mock Interview Round 1

A formal HR-style panel interview, video recorded. You receive written feedback on communication, grooming, confidence, and clarity — and you improve before Round 2.

04

Mock Interview Round 2

A competency-based panel interview with Opera knowledge questions, situational scenarios, and an Arabic greeting to the panel. The toughest preparation before the real hotel interview.

05

Hotel Referral Letters

Every graduate receives a personal reference letter from the founding directors — London hotel professionals with MSc qualifications. These carry genuine weight with hotel HR teams in India and the Gulf.

06

Direct HR Introductions

Where possible, Hospera introduces graduates directly to hotel HR contacts. You are not applying cold — you arrive with a warm introduction from people who have worked inside these environments.
