Six months of training. A career that lasts a lifetime.
Understand exactly what you'll learn, where you'll work, how much you can earn, and what Hospera does to get you there — step by step.
Four things most institutes never teach
Most hospitality courses give you a certificate. Hospera gives you four things hotels actually hire for: system confidence, language readiness, service excellence, and placement support that works.
From the day you enroll to the day you're hired
Every step is mapped. Every month has a purpose. This is not a vague promise — it is a structured journey with a clear job outcome at the end.
You Apply & Get Confirmed
Submit your application, attend a short interaction with the admissions team, and secure your seat. Batch sizes are kept small — maximum 25 students — so your place is confirmed before the program begins.
Foundation & Opera PMS
You begin with professional communication, grooming standards, spoken English, and personality development. From Month 2, you learn Opera PMS — the same hotel management software used in Marriott, Hilton, and Hyatt properties worldwide — from zero to a full graded simulation test.
Front Office + Arabic Begins
You step into live front desk simulations — reservations, check-in, upselling, complaint handling — all using Opera. Arabic starts at foundation level in Month 3, building to intermediate by Month 4 where you can handle a full hotel reservation in Arabic.
Business Skills + Arabic Advanced
You study business tools that managers use — SWOT analysis, KPIs, RevPAR, Mendelow Matrix. Arabic reaches advanced speaking level. A hotel general manager addresses the batch as a guest speaker. You attend a 5-star hotel site visit in Hyderabad.
Placement Preparation
The final month is entirely focused on getting you hired. CV writing, LinkedIn setup, cover letter coaching, two full mock interview rounds on video with written feedback, and direct hotel referral letters from the founding directors.
Certified + Referred + Career Ready
You graduate with the Professional Diploma in Hotel Operations, a personal reference letter from the founding directors, a career readiness score, and active hotel introductions already in progress. Graduation is not the end — it is the beginning.
Every step of the program is designed with this moment in mind. You don't graduate hoping for a job — you graduate with a clear pathway to one.

What you can realistically expect to earn
Starting salaries depend on the hotel tier, city, and your performance in assessment. These are realistic ranges based on current market conditions for entry-level roles in India and the Gulf.
Exactly what Hospera does to get you hired
Placement support at Hospera is not a vague promise. It is a structured, six-step process built into the final month — so by the time you graduate, your job search is already in motion.
CV & LinkedIn Profile
Your CV is written and formatted specifically for luxury hotel recruitment. Your LinkedIn is built to attract hotel HR teams with the right headline, about section, and skills that surface in recruiter searches.
Cover Letter Coaching
You learn to write a compelling, personalised cover letter for each hotel brand — with the tone, structure, and language that premium hotel recruiters actually respond to.
Mock Interview Round 1
A formal HR-style panel interview, video recorded. You receive written feedback on communication, grooming, confidence, and clarity — and you improve before Round 2.
Mock Interview Round 2
A competency-based panel interview with Opera knowledge questions, situational scenarios, and an Arabic greeting to the panel. The toughest preparation before the real hotel interview.
Hotel Referral Letters
Every graduate receives a personal reference letter from the founding directors — London hotel professionals with MSc qualifications. These carry genuine weight with hotel HR teams in India and the Gulf.
Direct HR Introductions
Where possible, Hospera introduces graduates directly to hotel HR contacts. You are not applying cold — you arrive with a warm introduction from people who have worked inside these environments.
